Naples-Capodichino Airport is the only airport in the south west Italian region of Campania and with more than 5 million passengers handled a year, is one of the 10 largest airports in the country.

The airport is about 4 miles north east of the city centre. Passengers arriving by car please take the A56 (Tangenziale di Napoli) or the A1 to exit "Doganella" and then follow the “Aeroporto” signs to the airport.
Rail passengers take trains to Napoli-Centrale and then take the number 3-S bus that runs at 30 minute intervals. Alternatively from Piazza Garibaldi at the main station or the Piazza Municipio at the ferry terminal take the ALIBUS operated by ANM (Azienda Napoletana Mobilità) which serves the airport at 20 minute intervals.
